External Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Process Designing
a) Develop end to end value stream map including all process to visualize the flow of activities, inputs, and outputs.
b) Analyse the current processes to identify bottlenecks, pain points, areas of potential defects
c) Develop Would be processes including best practices

2. Process Risk Assessment & Mitigation
a) Identify potential sources of defects and risks in your processes through implementation of Production part approval process 
b) Drive PFMEA to identify and prioritize risks-based severity, occurrence, detection and workout Risk priority number (RPN)
c) Work out Control plan for risk mitigation

3. Process Validation
a) Develop SPC (Statistical process control) for critical process to establish process stability index (Cp, Cpk)

4. Standard Operating Procedures / Work Instructions
a) Work out standard operating procedures for all processes (Local language)
b) Develop Work instructions for all processes (Local language)
c) Validate SOPs and Wis

5. Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement
a) Identify projects based on High RPNs of PFMEA
b) Support to drive the SIPs, Kaizens, Mistake proofing solution with digital solutions

6. Training and Skill Development
a) Train operators on SOPs, WIs
b) Conduct assessment of operators for evaluation

    ≈    Ability to visualize, map, and improve end-to-end manufacturing processes Customer complaint handling
≈    Use of SPC, Cp/Cpk, Minitab or similar tools for validation and stability
≈    Proficiency in identifying and prioritizing risks using PFMEA and control plans
≈    Hands-on experience in DMAIC, Kaizen, waste elimination
≈    Familiarity with applying digital tools in process monitoring/improvement
