•    Lead full project lifecycle from concept to handover, ensuring schedule, cost, safety, and quality compliance.
•    Develop project charters, technical scope documents, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
•    Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and project reviews.
•    Select and finalize vendors based on technical, commercial, and quality criteria.
•    Plan and coordinate Machine FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, trials, and final handover.
•    Track project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to timelines.
•    Coordinate closely with production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and EHS teams.
•    Implement structured design strategies to improve reliability and to reduce downtime.
•    Ensure statutory compliance, documentation control, and audit readiness.
•    Lead plant expansion projects, technology transfers, and new plant setups.
•    Drive digital transformation initiatives, including IoT-based solutions and automation.
•    Design and implement Special Purpose Machines (SPM) for new and existing product lines.
•    Ensure compliance with EHS standards, legal requirements, and quality audits.
•    Monitor KPIs, MIS reports, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
•    Execute cost optimization projects and structured problem-solving initiatives.
•    Train and mentor teams on maintenance processes, SOPs, and continuous improvement.
•    Collaborate with global stakeholders to align projects with strategic objectives.


Required Skills & Competencies:
•    Expertise in Plant Engineering, Maintenance Management, and Project Management.
•    Project planning & tracking: MS Project, Primavera (if applicable), Excel advanced
•    Hands-on experience with automation systems, robotics, and IoT projects.
•    Proficiency in Siemens TIA, Step 7, Simatic, Movicon SCADA, and Power BI.
•    Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:
•    B.E. Electrical or electronic Engineering 

Experience:
Minimum 15+ years in plant engineering and project management roles within manufacturing/industrial automation sectors
