Sr. Manager-Finance
1. Finance business partner for tracking order profitability at various stages (Order booking, Manufacturing release, Execution)
2. Variance analysis - Order stage Vs Actual
3. Monthly books closing activity, specific focus on Annual Closures 
3. Accounts payable management and control
a. Monitoring and controlling of vendor advances, AP balances, aging
b. Cashflow forecasting and controlling
c. Vendor reconciliations
d. MSME Compliances 
4. Accounts receivables management and control
a. Monitoring receivables aging, credit controls as per policy
b. LC, BG controlling and management
c. Receivables reconciliations
5. Factory controlling and Inventory Management
a. Monitoring Inventory and WO aging, scrap accounting
b. Cycle count, physical inventory variance and accounting, Annual stock counts
c. FA Verification
d. Absorption / recovery and capacity utilization monitoring for plant
e. Variance Analysis, yield monitoring
f. Preparation and validation of cost sheets
6. Budget preparation, forecasting & Monitoring deviation therefrom
7. Cost control, cost reduction, Opex control and review
8. Co-ordinate with plant management to analyze / optimize cost and enhance profitability
9. Putting systems, process, controls on shopfloor and stores area
10. CAPEX Investment descisions, Make Vs Buy Analysis

11. Post CAPEX, Investment analysis 

12. NPD Process monitoring and business base preparations 

 

 

Competencies Required Functional:
Having hands on experience of Plant Accounting and controlling including Ind AS and CAS
Costing and Inventory, AP and AR function in ERP environment (Preferably in Oracle).
Good analytical skills and sound knowledge of MIS preparation.
Proficient in Excel/ Power Point and BI/AI Tools		 Behavioural:
Good Interpersonal skills. Self Starter
Excellent Communication skills and effective communication.
Able to work in a cross-functional team and a team of diversified competencies and functions.
Able to handle pressure and meeting deadlines
