We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Quality for our solar division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, preferably within the solar industry. The Assistant Manager Quality will be responsible for ensuring that our solar projects meet and exceed quality standards, contributing to the overall success and reliability of our solar energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for solar projects.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality control protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supplier Quality Management:
- Evaluate and qualify suppliers for solar components and materials.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, conducting regular quality assessments and addressing any quality issues promptly.
- Work closely with procurement to ensure the procurement of high-quality materials.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall project quality.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize processes and reduce defects.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze quality-related data, including performance metrics and customer feedback, to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on quality performance.
- Training and Development:
- Provide training and support to project teams to ensure understanding and adherence to quality standards.
- Foster a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and certifications related to solar energy.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
