External Job Description

• Analyze MRP, rolling plans, and historical NR consumption trends to forecast monthly grade-wise requirements.
• Plan and present weekly NR procurement strategy in review forums, including market updates and sourcing outlook for SEA and other origins.
• Ensure optimum inventory pipeline of NR in line with approved norms to avoid production risk and working capital blockage.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop NR suppliers across South East Asia in line with organizational policies and sourcing requirements.
• Monitor plant-wise stock levels on an ongoing basis to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Incorporate global and regional NR market intelligence, including consumption trends and export outlook, into procurement planning and sourcing strategy.

Market analysis

• Track and assess the impact of international and domestic NR market movements, particularly SEA markets, on sourcing and procurement plans.
• Analyze market trends related to pricing, availability, lead time, supplier capacity, and quality for conventional and specialized NR grades.
