JOB DUTIES 

Job Summary:  

 

Responsible for preparation and submission of MIS, Income Tax Compliances, Excise reconciliations, Fixed Assets accounting, Accounts Payables and member of the Audit and Budget teams

  • Track all the LCs opened and try to find out possibilities of bill discounting and other alternatives and payments based on micro and macro level 

  • Responsible for budget preparation and audit (Cost, Quarterly, etc) 

  • Liable for third party payments 

  • Keep records of the bill, discounting details along with the interest charged and refunded 

  • Keep records of the profit or loss on liquidation of PCFC's and Re PC 

  • Ensure timely clearance of all bank advices 

  • Analyze for-ex and commodity market movements , interpret their impacts and make recommendations to Finance head 

  • Prepare MIS report 

 

 

Monitoring: 

 

 

  • Monitor and manage receipt of inward remittance with banks  

  • Monitor inflows in coordination with commercial and international sites
