Position Summary:  

  • We are seeking an experienced Security (HR) Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee various Security functions / Canteen / Housekeeping and other activities related to Security and Admin.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Surveillance and Patrolling: 

  • Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to monitor and ensure the security of the premises. 

  • Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems. 

  • Incident Response: 

  • Respond to security incidents, emergencies, or disturbances and take appropriate action. 

  • Investigate and report any suspicious activities or security breaches. 

  • Access Control: 

  • Manage access points, ensuring authorized personnel enter and exit the premises. 

  • Issue visitor passes and monitor the entry/exit logs. 

  • Reporting: 

  • Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports. 

  • Report any discrepancies, unusual activities, or potential security hazards to the supervisor or manager. 

  • Emergency Procedures: 

  • Assist with emergency evacuations and first aid when required. 

  • Be familiar with emergency response protocols and procedures. 

  • Customer Service: 

  • Provide assistance to employees and visitors, answering questions and directing them as needed. 

  • Ensure that security personnel maintain professionalism in all interactions. 

  • Equipment Maintenance: 

  • Ensure security equipment is in proper working order and report any malfunctions. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Graduation in any streamline or equivalent; further education or certifications in security-related fields is a plus.
