Job Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Project Execution: Drive the successful execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, SOPs, and committed schedules.
  • Champion Safety and Quality: Foster a culture of unwavering safety and quality on-site, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company standards.
  • Lead and Inspire Teams: Manage and engage third-party workers and KEC teams, fostering a collaborative and unified work environment.
  • Optimize Resource Utilization: Oversee material management, ensuring efficient resource allocation, minimizing waste, and maximizing cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Implement and monitor project checklists, manage sub-contractor performance, and proactively address challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Foster Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction through clear communication and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in project execution within the EPC industry, specifically in infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex project environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • A passion for infrastructure development and a commitment to delivering projects that make a difference.
