About Civil & Urban Infrastructure Business: 

KEC’s Civil business focuses on the construction of factories, warehouses, residential buildings, railway stations, metros, and sewage & water treatment plants, and comprises of four verticals –  

A. Infrastructure & Heavy Civil (Metro & Water Projects),  
B. Industrial & Hydrocarbon (Factories) ,  
C. Residential & Public Spaces (Buildings, Commercial Spaces),  
D. Defence (Civil projects in Defence sector).  

We provide professional EPC services in an area dominated either by small unorganized players or by very few large companies.   • Discover and implement growth strategies that boost financial success 

  • Report to the commercial director on the current commercial strategy and how to improve them effectively 

  • Oversee the performance and nudge the commercial team in the right direction 

  • Conduct market research to understand and adapt innovative trends as a global commercial manager 

  • Monitor branding and marketing initiatives to improve the commercial success of the business 

  • Support the various department teams of the business to achieve the commercial targets, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs
