- Working in shift (First shift, second shift & night shift).
- In case of reliever absent continuous the next shift.
- Received maintenance job requisition in all plant & departments & take immediate action.
- After completion of Job, completed the job requisition with sign.
- Carrying out the preventive maintenance activity as per instruction of his supervisor & seniors.
- Attending breakdown maintenance work & give the information of respective dept. & supervisor.
- Update daily engineering logbook with sign.
- Attending the shutdown activity.
- Carry out filter cleaning activity.
- Assemble & dismantle work of Reactors & centrifuge.
- Removing & shifting works of Reactors & centrifuge.
- Fabrication & installation of utility piping’s & structures across the plant.
- Repairing of transfer pumps, mechanical seal, valves etc.
- Follow the EHS norms & using PPE while carrying out the maintenance activity.
- Keep appropriate & clean tool boxes, workshop, equipment’s and facility.
