- Carrying out production activity in shift as per Shift In charge instruction.
- Operating of all the equipments as per the SOPs.
- Charging & monitoring of batch as per the BMR.
- Carrying out operation like Reaction, Centrifuging, Filtration, Drying, Milling, Sifting etc.
- Filling of documents like daily check lists, Equipment log, BMRs & ECRs.
- Carrying out calibration of weighing balances, Water Meter & pH Meter etc.
- Coordinating with Engg. Dept for Utility Services, Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance.
- Cleaning of all equipments as per the ECR.
- Maintaining general housekeeping of plant.
- Performing Qualification & Validation as per due.
- Packing of finished product after Milling or Sifting operation.
- Coordinating with QA for Issuance of BMRs, ECRs, Checklist & other Production related Documents.
- Based on qualification & experience, he has given additional responsibility as a shift in charge in case of absence of existing shift in charge of MF3.
