Junior Executive

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in an OSD manufacturing plant.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.

• Monitor AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.

• Monitor temperature, relative humidity, and differential pressure in manufacturing areas.

• Ensure HVAC systems comply with GMP and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain HVAC logbooks, maintenance records, and equipment history.

• Support HVAC qualification, validation, and requalification activities.

• Coordinate with external agencies for HVAC maintenance and servicing.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and engineering standards.
