External Job Description

To check ELCM details in EC / S4 HANA, ensure that all masters are correct & complete.
Responsible for configuration of Power BI Dashboards, all HR MIS, Analytics in co-ordination with Group Digital Team & Vendors.
Preparing various MIS, Organization Charts,  other reports & data cuts as per schedule / requirement.
Maintaining the YTD Provision Tracker & support for HR Opex Budgeting.
Assistance in preparing Organization Announcements.
To assist Associate payroll (contract staff) & handle end to end processes (budget control w.r.t hiring, MOL processing (joining), induction, contract extension, full & final, WSE processing, leave, attendance)
Periodically check & update the SOPs, PFDs, Standards for all HR Operations processes & Employee Benefits on the CMS portal.
Assistance to Digital for driving the communications on various initiatives as per calendar set.
Maintaining and sharing the mediclaim insurance database and liasioning with the insurance company.
Ensure that all the softcopies of all ELCM letters (Management Employees) are shared with the document management vendor for incorporating in the digitized employee files.
Monitor that regular monthly document collection is done for associates based at plants.
Coordinating with the audit team including internal/statutory audit and coordinating for closure of the query raised.
Tracking and managing background verification with the designated vendor and ensuring closure.
