Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)

This position is responsible for the overall design, implementation, communication and administration of the organization's global compensation and benefits programs, while ensuring the competitiveness of the organization’s compensation and benefits. The position is also responsible for managing PMS process for Global Organisation.

 

 

KEYPERFORMANCE AREAS

 

  • Global Compensation , benefits & Global Mobility Strategies
  • Ensure that the organization’s compensation levels, compensation structure and benefits package are updated, competitive and addresses employee needs
  • International offices – Compensation Management and local compliance along with international movements
  • Design and Administration of the PMS process Globally
  • Owner of HR Policies - Benchmark , Design and updatation of HR Policy 
  • Design and implement variable pay plans / Sales incentive plans

 

 

KEY ACTIVITIES  & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Global Compensation, Benefits & Mobility

 

  • Define the Global Compensation and Benefits Reward Philosophy in line with overall organizational goals, business objectives and employee needs
  • Manage the requirements of C&B & local Compliance at international offices
  • Make offer recommendations for global mobility  
  • Create and administer the company’s overall compensation framework for management employees including base pay structures as well as incentive / variable pay programs.
  • Research and scrutinize to ensure that the compensation structure is cost competitive and provide best benefit to the employees
  • Facilitate creation of the annual salary and increment budgets in consultation with the senior management, BHR’s and key stakeholders
  • Monitor variance analysis based on actual and budgeted amount for manpower forecasting
  • Work with external consultants to benchmark data, process and practices to ensure the organization’s compensation philosophy remains competitive in the market
  • Prepare annual wage bill for the company and calculate cost impact for increments and bonuses
  • Run the annual compensation review process on and off the system ( success factors) and timely process of salaries and bonuses 
  • Periodically review the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the company's reward strategy and plans
  • Plan and facilitate job analysis to determine appropriate market pricing, review and approve salary increases and advise related stakeholders on compensation actions

 

 

 

 

Performance Management Design & implementation

 

  • To ensure implementation of a transparent Performance Management System
  • To ensure Goal Setting takes place on time and as per guidelines , ensure stronger P03 implementation
  • To ensure mid-year review, annual appraisals and post audit calibrations are implemented successfully and within timelines. 
  • To ensure that the detailed action plans for each goal and KPI are prepared and reviews take place at regular intervals
  • Management and operations of global PMS process on PMS Module on Success Factors 

 

Benefits Administration

  • Identify, implement and modify employee benefit schemes like health and life insurance, pension schemes, medical reimbursement programs, etc. 
  • Ensure all benefit programs are cost – competitive
  • Communicate to all employees regarding benefit plans available
  • Interact with external agencies for provisioning of such benefits, and compliance

 

Policy

  • Owner of all HR policies – update and relevant to the context
  • Create appropriate policy manuals and documentation support required for the administration of the compensation programs of the organization

 

Payroll and Salary Administration

  • Audit of Salary Inputs on a monthly basis 

 

 

 

Education and Experience Required

Education:

Post Graduate (HR)

Preferably with a degree in HR with relevant work experience

Experience:

8 – 10 years
