External Job Description

• Warehouse Optimization:
  Streamline warehouse processes to maximize operational efficiency and space utilization. This includes layout planning, automating repetitive workflows, and ensuring seamless movement of goods from receiving through dispatch.
• Enhancing Secondary Transportation Efficiency:
  Improve the efficiency of secondary transportation through route optimization, load consolidation, and reduction in transit times. Employ logistics planning tools to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution from Distribution Centers (DCs) to Customer Fulfillment Areas (CFAs).
• Cost Management:
  Monitor and control fixed and variable costs associated with DCs and secondary transportation. Responsibilities include budget forecasting, expense analysis, and implementation of cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
• Inventory Accuracy:
  Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy by deploying robust inventory management systems and conducting periodic physical audits. Ensure consistent alignment between system records and physical stock.

Process Strengthening & Standardization:
Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across warehousing and transportation functions. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and benchmark performance against industry standards.
