- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Deep understanding of civil engineering principles, building codes, and relevant industry standards.
- Manage all aspects of civil construction projects from planning and design to execution and handover.
- Ensure projects adhere to strict safety regulations and environmental guidelines, aligning with CEAT's sustainability commitment.
- Strong project management skills, including budget control, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, tracking progress against timelines and budget allocations.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through innovative design optimization and project management techniques.
- Improving community satisfaction through repairing and painting of existing structures inside and outside & Maintaining the Surrounding SPM at periphery
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to achieve project milestones.
- Adhere to compliances under Factory Factory Act Rules & Regulations and other applicable compliances. Liasoning with Govt. authorities, DISH, Local authorities for approvals. Etc.
- Vendor development, management & Negotiations
- Preparing preliminary and detailed project report including preparation of capex, BOQ, Estimation, analysis of rates, obtaining and comparing market rates, PR, PO
- Finalize the designs & drawings of the project as per requirements & management guidelines
- Handling day-to- day complaints in a timely manner.
- Construction evaluation and development , Construction supervision of all projects finishing works like all suspended Ceilings, floor finishes, Wall finishes, Partitions, Cladding, Special architecture / interior features, Toilets and other interface works as per the quality parameters. Conduct all tests and inspections as per standards.
- Expert in civil repair, Drainage system & waterproofing with special focus on prevention of monsoon leakages
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
