- Customer Accounting Management:
- Ensure the delivery of budgeted sales targets.
- Manage and monitor credit limits effectively.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations.
- Confirm outstanding balance in a timely manner.
- Digital Journey Initiatives:
- Lead and execute digital initiatives related to post-shipment commercial activities.
- Ensure timely execution and implementation of digital processes.
- Account Receivable Management:
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and all related documents.
- Manage payment adjustments efficiently.
- Monitor and control Account Receivable (AR) days to optimize cash flow.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong financial acumen with experience in customer accounting and receivables management.
- Proficiency in digital tools and initiatives related to financial management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adhere to and implement SOPs and processes.
