Broad KRA’s

  1. Customer Accounting Management:
    • Ensure the delivery of budgeted sales targets.
    • Manage and monitor credit limits effectively.
    • Conduct regular account reconciliations.
    • Confirm outstanding balance in a timely manner.
  2. Digital Journey Initiatives:
    • Lead and execute digital initiatives related to post-shipment commercial activities.
    • Ensure timely execution and implementation of digital processes.
  3. Account Receivable Management:
    • Ensure timely submission of invoices and all related documents.
    • Manage payment adjustments efficiently.
    • Monitor and control Account Receivable (AR) days to optimize cash flow.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in customer accounting and receivables management.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and initiatives related to financial management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adhere to and implement SOPs and processes.
