Job Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development of new 2W/3W products across Business units (OEM, Exports and Replacement) as per product roadmap of the category, drives new platform introduction, range expansion ensuring alignment with CEAT's overarching business objectives, and commitment to delivering superior quality and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in end-to-end product lifecycle management, ranging from consumer insights and market research to product development, launch and performance monitoring.
  • Act as a bridge between different departments, including Marketing, R&D, Technology, Sales, Service and Finance, to ensure seamless product development and launches, and successful GTM execution.
  • Drive product development initiatives focused on enhancing existing product lines and introducing innovative solutions that cater to evolving customer needs and emerging market trends.
  • Marry market analysis and competitor intelligence with customer insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
  • Contribute to optimizing product planning processes through data-driven insights, market intelligence and product performance data.
  • Deliver Long term and annualized customer demand plans for the product category to ensure timely availability of products
  • Part of Team responsible for creating GTM strategies for International Markets.
