  • Do a listing of all OEs/OE2s in the identified geographies. Include details of machines models manufactured (including volumes), tyre sizes fitted, and current competition.
  • Make a plan for conversion of identified OEs/OE2s.
  • Ensure share of business growth by entry into more models/categories.
