Job Summary:

 

Responsible for a bigger section of the project. This job includes handling of construction activities and a few commercial activities

Planning:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Accountable for work execution and project monitoring and control of the daily activity of construction
  • Provide technical inputs for methodologies of construction
  • Co-ordinate between different sites and synchronize their activities
  • Manage resource mobilization and resource sharing among various sites
  • Handle allocation of tasks within teams based on skill profile
  • Prepare bills for payments
  • Estimate quantities & orders of materials for construction
  • Coordinate with site representative of client/consultant
  • Responsible for optimal utilization of resources (man, management and material) and manage vendors, clients and contractors
  • Handle material management for site and coordinate with store keeper
  • Co-ordinate with quality and HSE departments to implement all the health and safety measures
  • Responsible for quality assurance and documentation

 

 

Supervising:

 

 

 

 

  • Supervise all construction activities of all sites
  • Monitor the progress of project and updates project manager as frequently as required
