- Manage the tendering process from initiation to submission for international transmission line EHV projects.
- Experience of working on Multilateral funding and International tendering experience will be preferred.
- Analyse tender documents, identify key requirements, and develop compliant bid strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, commercial, and legal) to gather input and ensure comprehensive techno commercial bid submissions.
- Develop and maintain complex tender documents, spreadsheets, and models using MS Excel.
- Preparation of BOQ and cost estimates in line with technical requirements.
- Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of tenders, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
