  • Experience: 7-12 years
    Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Civil / Mechanical or related disciplines)
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Oversee and manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of high-voltage transmission line projects (400KV/765KV/800KV).
  • Client and Internal Communication: Act as the main point of contact for the client, Head Office (HO), Regional Office (RO), and project team leaders (TL). Ensure smooth communication and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Multiple Project Coordination: Simultaneously manage multiple projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Billings and Procurement: Responsible for managing billing processes, procurement, and ensuring that materials and equipment are sourced and delivered on time.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate with teams on-site and off-site, ensuring alignment with the project's technical and operational goals.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare progress reports, status updates, and other necessary documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Software Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), project management tools, and other relevant software.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Expertise in high-voltage transmission systems, specifically 400KV/765KV/800KV lines.
  • Solid understanding of procurement, billing, and project financial management.
  • Experience in managing the coordination of multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.\\
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in handling large-scale EPC projects in the transmission and distribution sector.
  • Knowledge of advanced planning and scheduling tools.
