JOB DUTIES

Job Summary:

Work as a strategic business partner providing continuous support to SBU head and VP HR by efficiently handling all responsibilities related to SBU HR function

Key Accountabilities

Duty Statements

 

Talent Acquisition & Retention:

 

 

 

 

 

  • Partner with Business heads to understand recruiting needs
  • Evaluate candidates based on their performance in selection processes
  • Co-ordinate with Corporate TA team for closing managerial assignments
  • Identify critical talent and working on their retention and development

 

 

Talent Management & Development:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Co-ordinate and effectively manager HR components like performance management, T&D, capability development programs including rotational programs, talent pipeline initiatives and leadership development programs
  • Supervise HR operations like on-boarding, exit interview analysis, skill inventory etc
  • Responsible for employee engagement levels of the business
  • Responsible for career path identification and management of high potential

Employee Relations & Legal:

 

 

 

  • Address ER concerns which affect the individual & organization performance
  • Responsible for devising a strong ER policy for transparent ER
  • Managing grievance redressal process for development and implementation
  • Ensure Labour law compliance and closure of long pending legal cases
