External Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Quick response to customer queries or concerns & timely closer of it.
  2. Understanding the customer requirements & ensuring fulfillment of it.
  3. Regularly monitoring the warranty claims, details analysis of it & meeting with respective stakeholders for a resolution.
  4. Ensure & monitor the PPAP, Change management etc. closer with plants.
  5. Mapping Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) for OEM’s/Export customers.
  6. Regular visits to customer sites, fields and OEM to understand the customer requirements, customer pain and failures if any for better dealing.
  7. Good knowledge about Tapan mfg. process and its defects, field failures etc.
  8. Knowledge about OEM Audits and Approval Process
  9. Action Plan preparation & effectiveness monitoring for critical concerns.
  10. Hands-on experience in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps etc.
  11. MIS data preparation & timely publish it to all respective stakeholders.
