Responsibilities :
- Attend requirement gathering workshops and act as the SPOC for implementation at KEC Asian Cables Ltd
- Analyze and document as-is processes and conduct gap analysis
- Prepare drafts on to-be processes, project plans and success metrics
- Document project plans and establish SLA compliance by all parties
- Lead status calls with vendors
- Ensure correctness of data in reports and dashboards
- Identify scope for process improvements with supporting data analysis
- Design change management initiatives for popularization of initiatives
- Documentation of SOPs
- Support the annual Compensation Review Process
- Contextualize the projects from RPG Enterprises to suit KEC Asian Cables’s requirements
- Any ad-hoc support required by the HR Team
Qualification : Any graduate
Technical:
- SAP Success Factors – (Employee Central, PMGM, Compensation, RCM)
- Chatbots
- PowerBI Dashboards
- Recruitment and Onboarding Platforms
Functional:
- Program Management skills
- Knowledge of HR Systems
