Job Summary:     Design & Checking of Pre- Engineered Metal Buildings (PEB) by using various codes like Indian Standards (IS), American Standards (AISC) & Metal Building Manufacturer Association (MBMA) using software like Staad.PRO v8i.

Key Responsibilities and Job Description:    
•    Preparing Quote Estimates for clients
•    Checking of Design jobs & Quote Estimates of other estimator.
•    Preparing Reaction Sheets & details of foundation at time of Estimate.
•    Analysis, Designing of Steel Structures for Design Job.
•    Preparing Connection its details for Design Job.
•    Preparing complete Design Package for Design Job.
•    Preparing Design Estimate of Design Jobs.        
•    Software using: - Staad.PRO v8i, ASFAD, EZ-build etc
•    Structural Design of Steel Building (P.E.B.) as per the Client Requirement.
•    Pre-Design at Proposal Stage as economical to enable marketing person to get jobs.
•    Prepare an Estimate at Proposal Stage.
•    Detailed Design of every component in final Design Report.
•    Ensure compliance with customer requirements, structural stability, soundness, and design safety, conformance with relevant codes at optimum cost.
•    Design buildings and structures assigned to him using design codes and specifications and procedures adopted by Interarch.
•    Maintain proper coordination with the clients and participate in design meetings and attend client meetings as required time to time.
