Job Responsibilities

• Spearhead Engineering Excellence: Champion the development and implementation of innovative design solutions for Transmission and Distribution substation projects, utilizing your expertise to optimize efficiency, reduce cycle times, and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Drive Digital Transformation: Embrace and implement cutting-edge digital tools, including automated calculators, design management systems, and BIM, to streamline processes, enhance accuracy, and elevate overall engineering quality.
• Champion Cost-Effectiveness: Actively contribute to cost optimization initiatives, leveraging your technical acumen to identify and implement Design to Value (DtV) solutions that enhance project winnability and profitability.
• Foster a Culture of Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including tendering, procurement, and execution, to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in structural engineering.
• Proven experience in the design and engineering of substations within the Transmission and Distribution industry.
• Strong understanding of international codes and standards relevant to substation design.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Staad Pro, and Revit.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for innovation, digitalization, and driving engineering excellence.
