  • As a champion of digital transformation within the Group HR function, you will:
  • Spearhead HR Digital Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors offering innovative HR technology solutions.
  • Drive HR Technology Standardization: Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize key HR processes like Payroll and Leave Management across the Group.
  • Champion AI in Talent Management: Integrate AI-powered tools within the RPG TalentOne platform and promote their adoption to enhance talent management practices.
  • Support Group Talent Initiatives: Contribute to the Talent Acquisition-Talent Management Center of Excellence (TA-TM COE) and drive the Talent First agenda across Group companies.
  • Empower Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics from HR data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Champion HRIS Adoption: Provide ongoing support and training to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the HRIS platform.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR technology implementation and vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes
  • Experience with HRIS systems and familiarity with AI-powered HR tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
