Research and fulfillment

  1. Work closely with the Lead – Leadership Hiring to develop a structured plan for every search which must include a search strategy including target companies / talent pool availability.
  2. In cases where the initial talent pool is exhausted, support the Lead in suggesting alternate courses of action
  3. Ensure fulfilment of maximum number of searches through internal research in a target time. Speed and candidate relevance are of paramount importance.
  4. Evangelize / drive special focus on Diversity for open searches
  5. Capturing organizational charts, key professionals in the company, business models, references and other market intelligence through discussions with candidates
  6. Always strive to maintain a backup of atleast 2 candidates at any given point of time

Pre-research Focus Areas

  1. Ensure that all relevant information (Must-Haves, Good-to-Haves, Budget etc) is obtained and documented in a Control Sheet for all roles at the onset of the search.
  2. Ensure that every search starts with a well drafted Opportunity Dossier which has a buy in of all business stakeholders.
  3. Proactively identify relevant potential talent for critical roles / Business Heads for Group companies
