JOB DUTIES

 

Job Summary:

 

This position shall lead coordination and implementation of Quality control and assurance in the business.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Key Requirement from Candidates

 

  • Must have experience in projects (on field) handling field quality in Pway, TSS, Tracks, Buildings, bridges, etc.) at least 5-6 years.
  • Must have decent knowledge of civil inspections/tests (material, in processes, CRS, Final Inspection) and building construction process and IS codes and ISO standards.
  • Exposure of Quality tools (RCA, 7QC tools, etc.), Kaizen & COPQ.
  • Good experience to create and implement all the quality documentation (Quality Manual, FQP, PQP, SOPs, Checklists, Formats, etc.)
  • Exposure to audits (Technical and QMS).
  • Provide technical support to the tendering, Procurement, engineering and project team as per the need basis.
  • Ability to communicate and handle customers.
  • Support teams in SAP troubleshooting.
  • Good experience in preparing and approval of trial/design mix.
  • Exposure to inspections for civil material at vendor’s hub.
  • Coordination for data and MIS from sites, Data analysis and provide groundwork for strategic decision-making by uncovering trends and insights that can guide strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Exposure to conduct training on quality.
  • Performing Audits, preparing and issuing audit reports noting system no- conformances and verifying effective corrective/preventative actions.
  • Carry out civil inspections as per the need basis for the different project sites.
