Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Charge in Talent Acquisition: Take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Ensure a smooth and efficient process that aligns with KEC's commitment to excellence.
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Proactively build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Champion a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Analyze existing talent acquisition processes and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce reliance on external agencies, and improve the overall candidate experience.
  • Cultivate a Diverse and Inclusive Workforce: Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, actively seeking out candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Embrace a Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data analytics to track key metrics, measure the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives, and identify areas for optimization.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent KEC with professionalism and enthusiasm, showcasing our strong company culture, values, and commitment to employee growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, ideally within the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) industry.
  • A track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment methods, including direct sourcing, online platforms, and networking events.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
