Responsibilities :-
• Reading and understanding the technical and commercial requirements of Tender/Enquiries
• Preparing Tender / Enquiry Synopsis
• Creating / Registering enquiries in SAP
• Co-ordinating with Design, Costing, Quality Teams for timely preparation of Bids / Quotations
• Timely offer submission to customers
• Interaction with Customer for technical queries etc.
• Post Order activities – Drawing/QAP approval from customer, advising Manufacturing Clearance to factory, co-ordination with factory for timely dispatches, issuing Dispatch Instruction to factory etc.
Qualification : BE/ BTech
Experience :- 4-10 yrs
Technical:
• Understanding of Tendering Process
• SAP Proficiency
• Technical Documentation
Functional:
• Bid Management
• Efficient collaboration with Design, Costing, Quality, and Factory teams.
• Handling technical discussions, clarifications, and order-related coordination.
• Maintaining clear records of correspondence, approvals, and instructions.
Behavioral:
• Clear and good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment & should be able to independently handle projects.
• Taking responsibility for end-to-end enquiry/order handling.
