JOB DUTIES 

Job Summary:  

The Candidate shall be responsible for the tender and detailed design of all types of Projects in Civil Business Unit and assist other SBUs in case it is required

  1. Candidate must have skills to plan, design, manage and deliver multiple projects w.r.t. design and coordination for prebid and detailed design stages 

  1. Ensure highest quality and safety standards in design 

  1. Ensure the design team to follow Standard practices, Codes, SOPs, Cheklists  

  1. Candidate must have minimum 15 years design and design management experience with working knowledge of structural design, MEP/ HVAC design and coordination 

  1. Candidate must have experience in HVAC, Fire Fighting, Security Systems, BMS & plumbing design review  for complex  Buildings 

  1. Should have knowledge on Green Buildings design and construction requirements  

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills  

  1. Demonstrated proficiency in design softwares, Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  

  1. Ability to effectively lead the team of various disciplines in a fast-paced environment especially coordinating with Architectural and Structural and MEP designers  

  1. Ability to optimize designs with a creative and innovative approaches,   

  1. Should be knowledgeable modular and precast designs and latest constructions-based design methodologies. 

  1. Candidate must have skills to design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects 

  1. Candidate must have 12+ years construction design  experience  in Industrial sector with excellent  knowledge of structural design of all components of entire end  

  1. Candidate should  have knowledge and functioning of  different components Industrial Projects- Cement,Steel,  Oil& Gas, Ware Houses, Manufacturing and other SME  

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills 

  1. Demonstrated proficiency in design softwares, Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint  

  1. Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment especially coordinating with Architectural and Structural designers  

  1. Ability to optimize designs with a creative and innovative approaches 

  1. Well versed  with Knowledge of international and Indian design codes. 

  1. Comprehensive understanding of EHS and Quality standards and requirements.

 Proficiency in industry standard applications such as Autocad,  Staad-Pro, ETABS, Civil 3D etc., and working knowledge of, MS Office, MS Project/Primevera

JOB SPECIFICATIONS: 

Years of Experience:  15+ Years of Tender and detailed design especially optimizations, digital tools in complex functional requirements viz Industrial Buildings, Plants(Cement/Steel/ Oil& Gas or any Manufacturing), Ware Houses,  etc., With strong  design optimization experience and  high level of Client coordination 

 

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech – Civil, M.E/M.Tech - Structures
