Summary: Responsible to deliver work independently, work in Multi-D environment and integrate with larger project teams.

Designation: Chief Manager (M4)

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Mechanical Team for Industrial Buildings, Metro, Airport, Data Centre and Hospital.
Responsible for Coordination of Tenders and Ongoing projects.
Responsible for Engineering, co-ordination, and interface meetings with Electrical, Architecture, Civil and structural, site team.
Liaison with Client & Consultant.
Responsible for DBR, schemes, design calculations, technical specification, drawings.
Responsible for HVAC, Fire-fighting, EOT Crane, Elevator, HSD Tank, Oil filtration machine, Dry air plant, Compressor, STP, WTP, Plumbing.
Responsible for cable scheduling for Mechanical packages.
Responsible for Mechanical packages integration with BMS for HVDC.
Review and conclude vendor drawings.
Assist cost estimation/optimization for tenders/projects.
Responsible for vendor development and incorporate specialist system supplier requirements during detail design.
