Summary: As a Procurement Specialist at KEC International Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management of components and materials required for power substations AIS/GIS for International business. Formulating procurement strategies, streamline processes, and optimize costs, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of cutting-edge power solutions and extending support to tendering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

 Collaborate closely to develop and execute procurement strategies tailored to the unique demands of Power substations AIS/GIS and new technology.

 Leverage your 18+ years of procurement experience to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers while maintaining long-term relationships.

 - Arranging Pre bid discussions, formalization of commercial terms etc.

 - Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry innovations to identify new opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.

 - Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between procurement, engineering, project management, and other stakeholders.

 - Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of critical materials.

 - Mitigate supply chain risks by identifying potential disruptions and implementing contingency plans.

 - Drive sustainability initiatives by evaluating and selecting suppliers that align with our environmental and social responsibility goals.

 - MIS preparations, monthly updates etc.

 -maintaining records in SAP

Must Have -

• 400 KV in GIS Market

• International Market exposure

• Knowledge of substation products
