Job Responsibilities

  • Liable for Sales and marketing of a particular region for all segments: dealers, projects, industry, Govt customers/ tenders, contractors, consultants, etc
  • Responsible for budget allocation at the beginning of the year to the team, improve market share, contribution and ensure presence in all the relevant sectors
  • Participate in promotional activities like seminars, exhibitions and approvals
  • Liaison with key people in the industry and customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Accountable for tracking the competition and their activities & track market trends and new policies
  • Responsible for market mapping (segment wise)
  • Involve in receivables management 
  • New product & Market development
  • Responsible for key Account Management (KAM)
  • Responsible for top line (achieving sales target) as well as bottom line growth (deciding prices)
  • Train, develop and build relevant competencies among team, create conducive environment enabling team to rise up to expectations and work on succession planning. 

Qualification - BE/BTech Electricals & Electronics

Knowledge (Technical / Functional):

  • Understand different channels reaching out to domestic customers
  • Understanding of factors influencing buying decisions & buying behaviours of customer
  • Sound technical background
