Position Summary
The role is responsible for managing end-to-end administration and statutory compliance at project sites, ensuring smooth facility operations, regulatory adherence, and effective coordination with internal teams, vendors, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Facility Management & Administration
•    Oversee facility management at Guest House and Labour Colony as per defined SOPs 
•    Ensure high standards of hygiene and maintenance at project sites 
•    Arrange transport facilities for employees and labour 
•    Facilitate training programs organized by HQ 
•    Provide timely administrative support to project teams 

2. Statutory Compliance Management
•    Ensure 100% compliance with all project-related statutory requirements: 
o    Wages disbursement through bank 
o    Adherence to SOPs for compliance and bill clearance formats 
o    PF details submission by 10th of every month 
o    ESIC registration on deployment day and monthly contribution tracking (where applicable) 
o    Monthly IR clearance from client with proper documentation 
•    Identify compliance gaps and ensure closure within 7 days 
•    Ensure implementation of BOCW facilities as per government guidelines 

3. Reporting & Coordination
•    Monitor employee attendance and report prolonged absences (>5 days) to HQ 
•    Share regular reports with HO, including: 
o    Time & attendance reports (employees and vendors) 
o    Monthly compliance reports 
o    LT meet data and other periodic updates 

4. Stakeholder Management
•    Act as a key liaison between Project Head, HR, Administration, Vendors, Client Representatives, and Government Authorities 
•    Ensure smooth coordination between site operations and Head Office requirements 
•    Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders through timely communication and issue resolution 
•    Support resolution of operational, workforce, and compliance-related escalations at site level 
•    Build and maintain strong working relationships with client and regulatory stakeholders to ensure project continuity

5. Licensing & Liaisoning
•    Ensure timely renewal of: 
o    Labour License 
o    BOCW registration 
o    WC/CAR policies 
•    Liaise effectively with relevant government authorities 

6. Site Monitoring & Audits
•    Conduct periodic site rounds to: 
o    Verify gate pass systems 
o    Monitor wage disbursement practices 
•    Conduct regular inspections of labour camps and maintain records 

7. Organizational Values

Qualifications & Experience
•    Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree along with MBA / MMS or equivalent, with specialization in Human Resources 
•    Experience: 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Civil Construction / Infrastructure / EPC industry
