Responsibilities :-
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes defining brand positioning, identifying target audiences, and conducting market research to understand consumer preferences and trends.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's visual and verbal identity, including logos, taglines, color schemes, and brand guidelines. Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, marketing materials, and online presence.
• Work closely with product development teams to ensure that new products align with the brand's positioning and messaging. Develop product naming, packaging, and branding strategies that resonate with target consumers and differentiate the brand from competitors.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its products or services. This may involve collaborating with internal teams or external agencies to develop creative concepts, messaging, and promotional materials for various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats to the brand. Conduct regular market analysis and competitive research to stay informed about industry developments and adjust brand strategies accordingly.
Qualification : - MBA – from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions
Technical skills –
• Expertise in brand positioning, brand architecture, and go-to-market strategies
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, HubSpot, etc
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Functional skills –
• Building, evolving, and protecting brand identity and consistency
• Identifying customer needs, trends, and competitive positioning
• Planning and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns
• Managing brand budgets and analyzing campaign performance
Behavioural Skills –
• Ability to see the bigger picture and align branding with long-term business goals
• Innovation in storytelling, campaign ideation, and visual brand expression
• Strong verbal and written communication for briefing teams and presenting strategies
