Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • 10–15 years of experience in tendering and detailed HVAC design for UG Metro Stations, Railway & Metro Tunnels (ECS/TVS), and clean room projects

Key Skills

  • End-to-end HVAC project design and execution expertise

  • Strong experience in HVAC calculations and detailed design for metro, tunnel, industrial, and commercial projects

  • Proficiency in HVAC software (HAP) and MS Office

  • Strong coordination skills with architectural, structural, and MEP teams

  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and design optimization abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize HVAC systems including load calculations, equipment selection, ducting, and piping

  • Ensure energy-efficient, code-compliant designs (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, SMACNA, etc.)

  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Support tendering, cost estimation, cable scheduling, BMS integration, and project execution

  • Troubleshoot HVAC design and performance issues and deliver work independently in a multi-disciplinary environment
