Position Title: M2– Manager

Role Purpose

You will lead KEC’s digital and engineering transformation journey, combining technology, value engineering, and excellence initiatives to fundamentally improve how we design, build, and deliver projects. Your mandate is simple: turn ideas into measurable business impact.

What You Will Own
•    End-to-End Ownership: Drive initiatives from idea → product → adoption → value realization 
•    Digital + Value Engineering: Identify and implement opportunities to optimize designs, reduce cost, and improve efficiency 
•    Excellence at Scale: Lead engineering excellence initiatives focused on standardization, productivity, quality, and cycle time reduction 
•    Build What Matters: Develop and scale digital products that solve real business challenges across T&D, Civil, and Railways 
•    Drive Impact, Not Just Tech: Deliver tangible outcomes—cost savings, faster execution, improved margins 
•    On-Ground Transformation: Work closely with SBUs and project/site teams to ensure real adoption 
•    Champion AI & Innovation: Leverage AI/ML, analytics, and automation to reimagine engineering workflows 
•    Own the Numbers: Define KPIs, track value realization, and continuously enhance outcomes 
•    Enable Teams: Mentor developers and influence cross-functional teams to build a strong digital and excellence culture
