Responsibilities -
• Manage cable sales across Asia-Pacific for all key customer segments.
• Achieve defined sales volumes, revenue targets, and profitability goals.
• Identify and develop new customers, markets, and applications.
• Finalize pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Improve market share by enhancing brand visibility and presence.
• Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meets, and seminars.
• Drive approval processes and product registrations in target markets.
• Handle Key Account Management (KAM) to strengthen long-term relationships.
• Regularly engage with consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address queries or concerns effectively.
• Map and analyze territories segment-wise for business potential.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market movements.
• Stay updated with international trade policies and regional regulations.
• Ensure timely order closures, dispatches, and collections.
• Monitor receivables and credit exposure; enforce credit control measures.
• Coordinate with production and logistics for FG (Finished Goods) management
Qualification - BE / BTech
Technical:
• Knowledge of cable products, specifications, and applications.
• Export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade compliance.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)\
Functional:
• Knowledge of power transmission and Power Utilities Industry. Understanding factors influencing buying decisions of customer.
• Sales forecasting and pipeline management.
