Responsibilities _

  • Prepare and present timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, working capital, inventory, and cash flow analyses.
  • Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Deliver actionable financial insights and MIS reports to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting.
  • Support investment appraisals, capex planning, and scenario analysis for key business initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide a team of finance professionals, fostering development and high performance.
  • Ensure readiness for internal and external audits by maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audit processes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage variance analysis to ensure accurate cost allocation, support pricing decisions, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Qualification : CA

Technical: 

  • Expertise in Excel and SAP
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing finance and cost structures
