JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Role/ Position: HR-Operations Department: Human Resources Grade/ Level: Manager - M1
Reporting to: Head HR for Civil SBU Location: Mumbai HO SBU:KEC-Civil Business: Civil
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee lifecycle and offboarding processes, including conducting orientations and exit interviews.
Maintain HRIS database records and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Generate HR reports and metrics to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with other HR team members on special projects and initiatives.
Qualifications: Graduation / MBA
Years of Experience:13 to 15 Yrs
