Position Summary
The role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR Operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring process efficiency, compliance, and seamless delivery of HR services in alignment with organizational policies and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
•    Manage complete employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities 
•    Ensure smooth onboarding experience including documentation, induction coordination, and system setup 
•    Oversee employee records management with 100% data accuracy in HR systems 

2. Payroll & Compensation Administration
•    Coordinate and validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, reimbursements, and deductions 
•    Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in coordination with Finance/vendor 
•    Manage employee benefits administration (insurance, gratuity, etc.) 
•    Handle employee queries related to salary, tax, and benefits 

3. HR Compliance & Audit
•    Ensure adherence to statutory compliances: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, etc. 
•    Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external audits 
•    Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and compliance reports 
•    Support labour law compliance in coordination with site HR/Admin teams 

4. HR Systems & MIS
•    Manage HRMS data integrity and regular updates 
•    Generate and share HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, payroll, etc.) 
•    Track and report HR metrics for management review 
5. Attendance & Leave Management
•    Oversee attendance management systems and ensure accuracy of records 
•    Administer leave policies and ensure proper tracking and reporting 
•    Coordinate with business teams for regularization and approvals 

6. Employee Support & Query Resolution
•    Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations 
•    Ensure timely resolution of employee concerns with high service orientation 
•    Drive employee communication related to HR policies and processes 

7. Policy Implementation & Process Improvement
•    Ensure implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures 
•    Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives 
•    Standardize HR operations across locations 

8. Stakeholder Management
•    Collaborate with Corporate HR, Finance, Admin, and business teams for seamless operations.

9. Learning & Development (Operations Support)
•    Work closely with L&OD Partner and Business to understand training needs and support in execution.

10. Performance Management & Appraisal Process
•    Drive end-to-end performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year review, annual appraisal) 
•    Ensure timely launch and closure of appraisal forms in HRMS 
•    Coordinate with HRBPs and managers to ensure completion within timelines 
•    Track completion status and follow up for pending reviews 
•    Validate ratings, normalization data, and eligibility criteria 
•    Support increment, promotion, and bonus processes with accurate data inputs 
•    Generate appraisal-related MIS and analytics for leadership review 
•    Address employee queries related to appraisal, ratings, and performance process 
•    Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness of appraisal records

11. Organizational Values

Experience: 
10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in EPC / Infrastructure / Civil Construction industry
