Job Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Lead and manage all phases of MEP projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of MEP professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Safety Champion: Develop and implement robust safety protocols and procedures to maintain a zero-accident work environment. Champion a culture of safety consciousness across all project activities.
• Quality Control: Implement stringent quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet the highest industry standards and client expectations.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors, leveraging your expertise to secure competitive pricing and high-quality services.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance project planning accuracy, optimize resource allocation, and drive overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex MEP projects within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of industry best practices, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Proven ability to negotiate favorable contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
