Job Title: Manager – Sales & Tendering

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Sales & Tendering (Solar Projects) to drive business growth and manage end-to-end tendering activities for rooftop and utility-scale solar projects. The role involves identifying opportunities, preparing techno-commercial bids, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful order conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales & Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar EPC projects (rooftop & ground-mounted).

Generate leads through market research, client interactions, and industry networking.
- Conduct client presentations and technical discussions.

Drive order booking and revenue targets.
🔹 Tendering & Bid Management:

Review and analyze tender documents (Govt./Private).

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams for bid preparation.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, and BOQs.

Manage bid submission (GeM, e-procurement portals, SECI/NTPC/state utilities etc.).

Participate in pre-bid meetings and client negotiations.
🔹 Commercial & Coordination:

Conduct risk assessment and margin analysis.

Support contract finalization and handover to execution team.

Track competition, pricing trends, and market intelligence.

Maintain bid tracker and sales pipeline reports.
Qualification & Experience:

B.E./B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred)
-
6–10 years of experience in solar EPC sales & tendering
