Job Title: Sr. Associate / Assistant Manager – Full Stack Developer

Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering (Computer Science / IT / Related)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and backend services. The role requires strong technical capabilities along with a problem-solving mindset to support business-driven digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications (frontend + backend).
• Implement functionalities aligned with Business Unit requirements.
• Design and develop scalable REST APIs and backend services.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Support deployment in cloud and containerized environments.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Technical Requirements

Backend & Middleware

• Strong proficiency in Python (Flask) or Node.js
• Experience in middleware development and API integrations
• Experience in REST API design and development

Frontend

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with frameworks such as React / Angular / Vue.js

Database

• Experience with Relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases
• Experience in database integration with applications

Cloud & DevOps

• Exposure to AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
• Experience with Docker and basic understanding of Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in C#, .NET, MVC
• Knowledge of VBA / automation tools
• Experience with containerized applications
