Senior Executive - Employer Brand and Communications

What you will do
1.Own social storytelling across platforms
•Plan and execute content for:
•LinkedIn (RPG Group + leadership amplification)
•Instagram (RPG Group + Campus Instagram)
•YouTube (long-form and shorts)
•Write sharp, high-retention copy (hooks, captions, thumbnails, descriptions)
•Understand platform behaviour — what works where, and why
•Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and narrative across all platforms

2.Create and drive content end-to-end
•Work on flagship series like Field Diaries, Workplace Wisdom, Heart to Heart, campus content, and leadership stories
•Translate real conversations into compelling scripts (not scripted-sounding scripts)
•Be involved in:
•Storyboarding
•Shoot planning
•On-ground execution
•Final output quality

3. Shoot and understand video like a creator
•Comfortable shooting on phone (tripods, basic setups)
•Strong understanding of:
•Framing and composition
•Audio quality
•Lighting basics
•Body language and presence on camera
•Ability to guide subjects during shoots to get natural, usable footage (not stiff, corporate delivery)

4. Work with agencies and freelancers
•Brief video editors, designers, and external partners clearly
•Translate a narrative into:
•Edit style
•Pacing
•Music tone
•Visual language
•Review outputs closely and iterate to get to the right quality
•Ensure we don’t settle for “almost right”

5.Own key employer brand platforms
•Intranet (OneRPG):
•Plan and publish content that drives engagement internally
•Careers Website:
•Keep content sharp, updated, and aligned to employer brand narrative
•Alumni Circle:
•Support storytelling and engagement with alumni as brand advocates

6.Drive campaigns and moments
•Work on group-wide initiatives like:
•Campus engagement content
•Growth focused narrative showcase
•Happiness Survey campaigns
•Culture storytelling
•Translate business and HR priorities into communication that people actually engage with

7.Manage execution with high ownership
•Take work from idea → script → shoot → edit → publish
•Coordinate across stakeholders, timelines, and partners
•Ensure consistency, speed, and quality — all three matter
