External Job Description

HR Operations

  • Facilitate end-to-end onboarding, transfers, separations, and employee lifecycle letter creation.
  • Ensure smooth transitions for employees during onboarding and exit processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

HR Business Partnering Support

  • Set up and configure systems for people processes including Goal Setting, Performance Appraisals, Development Centres, Talent Reviews, Rewards & Recognition, 360-feedback, Employee Engagement Surveys, and management of Employees’ Development Action Plans.
  • Drive participation in people processes through timely follow-ups.
  • Support compensation exercises, including increment and bonus payouts

Employee Experience & HR Digital Initiatives

  • Lead projects to enhance adoption of digital HR tools including transition from legacy tools and system to newer chosen platforms.
  • Continually enhance / drive automation of all regular employee communications.
  • Support Group HR Digital initiatives, including Grow@RPG internal opportunity platform, OneRPG Group Intranet, and other digitised platforms and programs.
  • Flawlessly execute on employee happiness initiatives e.g., offsites, R&R programs, annual sports day, offsites, other celebrations.

Campus Engagement and Operations

  • Execute campus hiring operations on chosen digital platform, ensuring logistical support for campus engagement activities.
  • Oversee vendor billing, and manage expense records related to campus hiring and vendor coordination.

Support to Chief Talent Officer

  • Prepare and manage monthly reports and support the Chief Talent Officer in his area of work.
  • Custodian of Group HR budget creation and monitoring, and RPGE engagement budget management.
