Designation: Senior Manager- M3 (Temporary Structure)

Location: Mumbai- Tardeo

Role and responsibilities:

  1. Develop safe, economical designs for temporary structures such as shoring, scaffolding, and formwork using RCC and steel.

  2. Perform structural analysis and stability checks in compliance with national and international codes.

  3. Utilize software tools like STAAD Pro, Tekla, Revit, and BIM for modeling and analysis.

  4. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, BOQs, and method statements with technical accuracy.

  5. Ensure all designs meet local regulations, BIS, IRC standards, and engineering best practices.

  6. Coordinate with site teams and stakeholders to implement and modify designs based on real-time conditions.

  7. Conduct safety assessments and identify potential risks in temporary structures.

  8. Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies for approvals and technical presentations.

  9. Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge-sharing across the design team.

  10. Promote continuous improvement by integrating innovative technologies and design methods.
